COUPLES PSYCHOTHERAPY
Couples therapy involves both partners meeting with a therapist. The work entails helping partners connect more deeply and meaningfully by developing a more attuned, authentic, understanding of their partner's unique qualities and attributes.
Together, the couples therapist helps the couple to work toward expanding their connection in unique ways to bring more excitement, growth, and aliveness in the relationship.
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Individual psychotherapy involves a unique, healing relationship where the client meets one-on-one with a therapist.
Therapists help a person look at themselves to learn more about oneself, increase awareness, enhance coping, take educated risks, guidance to find what brings one joy and encouragement to live more satisfying lives.
GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY
Group psychotherapy engages individuals in a therapeutic setting where they interact with others facing similar challenges or issues.
In this supportive environment led by a therapist, participants explore themselves within the context of a group, fostering self-awareness, developing coping skills, and gaining insights through shared experiences.
